Title: Honey-Mustard Dressing (Prodigy)

1tbDijon-style mustard
2tbHoney
3tbLemon juice
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsFreshly ground pepper
3/4cSafflower oil (or other vegetable oil)

IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing.

Makes 1 1/2 Cups
